PROCESS. Kinetic’s design/build process provides valuable guidance during each step of the project and helps you avoid the common mistakes encountered during many church building programs. We partner with you as your guide in planning, designing and building new spaces for faith to grow. A single source of responsibility is established and owned by Kinetic Professional Church Builders, thereby eliminating any adversarial relationships between architect, contractor, and owner. All risk is assumed by Kinetic to deliver the project as agreed in a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contract. This cost-effective and time-saving method provides your ministry the tools to continue as good stewards of God’s financial resources.

Step 1: Alignment
The vision and purpose of your project is aligned with the vision and purpose of your ministry.

Step 2: Planning
A Proposed Project Plan and Budget of your facility is provided to present to the membership.

Step 3: Designing
A well-planned facility is designed that unites the vision and purpose of your ministry. All risk is assumed by Kinetic to deliver the project as agreed, saving the church time and money and ensuring that you are being good stewards of God’s financial resources.

Step 4: Building
Your God-given vision becomes a reality as your church moves into a new season in the life of your ministry. The completed facility enables your church to effectively minister to first-time visitors, yet appropriately serves your longtime members.
